About James Lee

James is a Colorado native, growing up in northern Colorado. He studied business management
and organizational communications at Colorado State University and Metro State College of
Denver. In 2013 following his dream of entrepreneurship he started a trucking and logistics
company with his family. In 2020 they sold the company to pursue other interests.

James currently lives in Erie, Colorado with his amazing wife Kristy, son Parker, and of course
their little Shih Tzu named Zoro. In his spare time, he loves to do anything outdoors. He grew
up riding motorcycles and has had the opportunity to see a lot of the Country on two wheels.
As a family they have a goal to travel to a foreign country at least every other year.

Staying involved with the community and local politics is very important to James. He currently
serves on the executive board of the Colorado Motor Carriers Association. He advocates for
positive change within the transportation system for the movement of goods and people.
